On 12 June 2008, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS)
handed down an opinion in a 5-4 split that enemy combatants captured on
the battlefield have the U.S. Constitutional right to appear in a U.S.
civilian court to challenge their detention. Four liberal Justices +
the swing vote (Kennedy) ruled AGAINST AMERICA and four conservative
Justices dissented.
This SCOTUS opinion defied the legislation previously crafted by the Legislative and Administrative branches of the U.S. Government and ignored a specific Congressional instruction that the Court has no jurisdiction in the matter. In other words, the SCOTUS (1) gave Constitutional rights to terrorists who want nothing more than to topple the United States Government and murder her citizenry and (2) overstepped the Court's bounds outlined by the Constitution itself and recent Congressional action.
The Constitution gives Congress the authority to impeach rogue Justices. In its sworn duty to uphold the Constitution and to serve the interests of American national security and the People, the Congress MUST MOVE TO IMPEACH THESE TRAITOROUS, LAWLESS JUSTICES.

Politicians don't lead unless they can buck their own advisers and know the grassroots climate. They only respond to pressure from grass roots, so no more silent majority. Everybody has to choose a side and forcefully make their voices heard.
